Healthy children are optimal learners. By performing health screenings and educating our students about prevention and management of disease we strive to catch medical problems before their impact is seen in the classroom setting. The Health Office works with students, families, staff and the community to ensure that children's health needs are met so that they can attend school and be healthy and ready to learn.  Student services include a variety of supports for students to help eliminate any barriers to learning that a student may encounter over the course of their preschool to 8th grade education here at Strain-Japan.  Our mission is to maintain a safe and healthy environment for students to have an optimum learning experience.
